The terms and conditions as well as prices are dependent on the season and each booking partner. Any cancellation less than 72 hours before arrival for a reservation made on our website or by phone call will be charged.
For platforms such as Booking or Airbnb, the general terms and conditions are those of your chosen platform. We can't directly refund a cancellation from one of those platforms. You must process this cancellation directly on the chosen platform.
